- Research & Development maintains a comparatively lower attrition rate at 13.8%, with an average age of 37 and a monthly income of 6280.37.
- In the Sales department, the attrition rate is elevated at 20.7%, accompanied by an average age of 36 and a monthly salary averaging 6966.
