Data integration requires navigating complex issues, while user training and adoption are crucial to ensuring accessibility. To develop an insightful and user-friendly HR analytics tool, scalability and performance optimization, as well as establishing iterative improvements, form the backbone.


Project Summary:  
The project aims to dissect department-specific dynamics, pinpoint factors influencing attrition, and devise targeted retention strategies.

Here are following points:

  • HR department experiences a 19% attrition rate, with an average age of 38 and an average monthly salary of 6654.
  • Research & Development maintains a comparatively lower attrition rate at 13.8%, with an average age of 37 and a monthly income of 6280.37.
  • In the Sales department, the attrition rate is elevated at 20.7%, accompanied by an average age of 36 and a monthly salary averaging 6966.
